With Globe Payment, you can pay bills via credit card, debit card, E-Wallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Direct Bank Debit such as BPI, RCBC, and Union Bank through online, GlobeOne, and GCash applications. Globe Accredited Payment Channels

Your Globe SIM Registration will allow you to access all Globe services. You can purchase Globe products and make Globe payments through accredited channels. Channels include:

Globe Payment Online

  • You can use Chrome/Safari or any other browser.
  • Open your browser and go to www.globe.com.ph/paybill.
  • Please enter your Globe postpaid account number.
  • You can enter your mobile number/landline if you forget your account number.
  • Enter your Paybill amount in PHP.
  • Multiple accounts can be added to pay all bills at once.
  • Next, enter your e-mail address.
  • Please check the box to accept the terms and conditions.

Globe now offers an easy way for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporations to manage bill payments online. Here a step-by-step guide to streamline your Globe payments:

  • Visit the Globe Payment Portal.globe.com.ph/paybillcorp.
  • Click on the “Download .CSV template” button to get the payment template file.

Fill in Payment Details:

  • Open the downloaded .CSV template and enter your payment information:
      • Column 1: Enter the mobile, landline, or account number (numbers only).
      • Column 2: Input the currency as PHP.
      • Column 3: Enter the payable amount. Use a period to separate pesos from centavos, like 1000.00.
  • Once completed, save the file with a clear filename, such as Payment_{number of rows}_Company Name on your computer.

Upload the Completed .CSV File:

  • Return to the Globe payment website.
  • Click on “UPLOAD .CSV FILE,” then locate and select your saved file.

Confirm Details and Complete Payment:

  • Check the file name and size to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow any remaining prompts to complete the payment process.

Remember: This process applies to bill payments of at least 20. Choose “Single or Multiple Payments” if you have fewer than 19 bills.

Globe Payment Using GlobeOne App

GlobeOne offers different payment channels for Globe payments. These channels include GCash, E-Wallets (GrabPay, Maya, ShopeePay), Bank Transfers (BPI, RCBC, UnionBank), and credit/debit cards. You can make a Globe payment via the GlobeOne app by following these steps:

  • Go to the GlobeOne app and open it.
  • Tap on your account card in the dashboard.

  • You will see a screen that says “Due Bill”.
  • The “Pay Now” button will appear.

  • Your personal information and details will appear on the next screen.
  • Please confirm the amount you wish to pay, the mobile number you want to use, and the name of the account.

Globe Telecom bills and Globe at Home bills can easily be paid with the GCash app. Using the GCash app, you can pay Globe at Home bills as follows:

  • Install the GCash app on your Android or iPhone.
  • From the dashboard, select “Pay Bills.”.
  • The “Pay Bills” option will appear.
  • You can choose between “Telecom” and “Cable/Internet” for paying your Globe at Home bill.
  • The “Cable/Internet” option is selected.
  • Proceed to the ‘Globe at Home’ menu.
  • Enter your details in the form by selecting the account type and entering the landline number or account number.
  • Click on the “Next” button after filling in the details and entering the amount.
